George Version 3.69X4 is available NOW. If you already have George installed click HERE for your FREE upgrade.

To use George, you should first set up your Round Description and Job Types
     (go to the Getting Started page for details).

Click on Rounds in the Main Menu.  This is the grid where George will display your Jobs.
     Click on New Job and follow the Job Assistant throught the setup process.

Continue adding new Jobs until your Round or Rounds are complete.

When you have input a few, you can print a WorkList or Round Valuation.

See how George colour codes your outstanding work - you can see at a glance what’s overdue.

When you have Done a Job, double click on it in the Round grid, select Mark Job as Done from the Options menu and let the Job Completion Assistant guide you through the completion process or use the Quick Update option.  If there have been any payments, the Payments Assistant walks you through the payment process.  If the Job is not fully paid, you will find the balance in the Payments grid (Main Menu, Payments button).

When the item is paid, double click it in the Payments grid to load the Payments Assistant.
